Last week we had the pleasure of performing music for a blended family wedding. Almost all of the wedding party was immediate family! Set on the gorgeous beach and terrace of the Marco Beach Ocean Resort in Marco Island, even a little rain could not stop the sunshine on this beautiful couple. Paradise Strings played mostly classical music for the prelude and ceremony. My favorite part was the reluctant flower girl. This sweet little cherub just wasn't into following the program that day so mom (the bride) picked her up and walked down the beach herself. Later we played "Best Day of My Life" for the recessional and then finished with a very special jewish
baby naming ceremony accompanied by Bach's Air. During the cocktail hour we performed "Meant to Be" for the couple's first dance. It was such a pleasure to be a part of this very special family celebration. I love my job!
